Toronto, working with men across Ontario, online
Together, we can slow things down, bring curiosity to what feels stuck, and move through what's been hard to navigate alone.
About
Hi, I'm Jordan.
You don't have to have it all figured out to start. That's true for the men I work with, and it was true for me.
Before this, I spent years in finance and as a chief of staff, working alongside high-performing executives in high-pressure environments, a world where vulnerability reads as weakness and men aren't expected to have feelings. It is a lot of why I work the way I do with men under pressure. Years of travel across dozens of countries, and a life as a musician and artist, shaped how I think about identity, belonging, and the very different ways people make sense of things.
I'm a fellow student of life, and I'm here as a guide: someone who can hold up a mirror and explore what you see in it with you. Therapy can be a place to explore, to feel supported, and, when it helps, to be gently challenged.
If that resonates, the first step is easy: a free 15-minute call to see if we're a fit.

We are strangers at first, and opening up about the hardest parts of your life takes real courage.
Trust comes first
I believe therapy is built on trust. We are strangers at first, and opening up about the hardest parts of your life takes real courage. I would never expect you to be there before you feel a sense of safety and security between us. If we take our time and build that relationship with care, the work we do together emerges naturally.
A few minutes to arrive
Most sessions begin with something small and completely optional: a short guided mindfulness practice, three or four minutes, just to arrive and settle before we start. It is a way to put down whatever you walked in carrying and actually land in the room. Most clients choose it, but it is always your call. If it isn't for you, we simply start talking.

What we'll draw on
Most of our work draws on EFT and IFS. When it's useful, we'll bring in CBT for something more practical and immediate. And when it's relevant, we'll make room for the bigger questions too: meaning, purpose, direction, through an existential lens.
EFT
Emotionally Focused Therapy. About attachment, and what happens underneath anger and distance.
IFS
Internal Family Systems. The idea that you're not one voice but several, and that the parts of you that seem to get in the way are usually trying to protect something.
CBT
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Practical and immediate. Useful when you want tools for a specific thing rather than a long excavation.
Existential
For the bigger questions that don't have tidy answers: meaning, purpose, direction, and what you actually want this to be for.
All are welcome
My practice is welcoming of men of all backgrounds, races, cultures, sexual orientations, and gender identities. As an ally to the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities, I hold space for clients to explore their culture and experiences without fear of judgment. However you found your way here, you're welcome.
Beyond the couch
In my off time, you'll usually find me playing shows around Ontario or putting paint to canvas. When I need to slow down, it's outside: hikes, time away from the city, and every so often a trip somewhere further for a heavier mountaineering trek.
