Basecamp Therapy is an online psychotherapy practice serving men across Ontario, Canada, operated by Jordan Wiener, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). You can contact us at info@basecamptherapy.ca.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal or health information through this website. Please do not include detailed clinical or health information in website contact forms or emails. Clinical information shared during the course of therapy is handled under separate professional and clinical confidentiality obligations, not this website policy.

Consultations and sessions are booked through Jane App, a third-party booking and practice-management platform. Email services are provided through Google Workspace.

We take reasonable measures to protect the personal information under our control. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Under applicable Canadian privacy law, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the information we hold about you, subject to legal and professional record-keeping obligations.
